Where do you find inspiration?
Everywhere. Overheard conversations, things I’ve read or seen, half-remembered dreams and hazy memories.
Why do you write/create Creative Non-Fiction?
Because there is magic in the mundane: every moment can be a story. It can also help me make sense of events. Sometimes I approach it in a straightforward descriptive style, other times I get more poetic about it.
What are you reading now?
The Bone Ships by RJ Barker. Not to be a stereotypical metaller but about half the fiction I read is either sci-fi or fantasy.
